Account Opening Requirement

Corporate Current Account

1 Account opening form duly completed
2. Complete the two enclosed signature cards, with two recent colour passport photographs of all account holders.
3. Provide two referees using the reference form enclosed. The referees must be corporate account holders, with any bank in Nigeria. And the account must not be less than six months old.
4. Supply the under listed documents along with the completed application packages. Kindly bring along the originals of all documents for sighting:
(I) Photocopy of certificate of incorporation of your company
(II) Memorandum and Article of Association (certified as a true copy by the Registrar of companies)
(III) Copy of C07 (Particulars of Directors)
(IV) Copy of C02. Allotment of shares of the company
(V) Identification of the signatories of the account. Driving Licence , International Passport, National I D Card (Original to be sighted).
(VI) Residential Permit for Foreign Citizens
(VII) Board Resolution appointing the Moneycom Community Bank Limited as the company's bankers and including names and signatories to the account and directors of company in attendance. This should be executed under company seal.
(VIII) Public Utility Receipt. Tax clearance certificate, NEPA Bills, Water Bills or Telephone bills (Originals to be sighted)

 

Individual Current Account

1 Account Opening Form duly completed
2. Two (2) specimen card duly completed by the signatory to the account with 2 recent clear colors passport size [photograph
3. Two independent and satisfactory references .Referees must be current account holder for at least 6 months
4. Means of identification: Driver's licence, International Passport for National Identity card and ( original to be sighted)
5. Photocopy of public utility receipt: tax clearance certificate (TCC ) NEPA, NITEL or water bill ( original to be sighted)
6. Resident Permit( for non-nationals)

 

Savings Account

1 Passport Photographs
2. Properly Completed Account Opening Form
3. References (2) for Seed Target Account
4. Identification of signatory Seed Target Account
