 1 Oladimeji Matesun (Chairman)
Has over 14 years business experience as the Group Managing Director of the Basscomm Group, which he founded in 1993. The Basscomm Group comprises five (5) companies making significant impact in fire detection and security device/appliances market. He is married with three Children.
 2 Mr. Tim Onebamoi
Has a self motivated and passionate result oriented management executive with more than 17 years post qualification and verifiable record of achievement in imparting knowledge, consulting, mortgage, commercial and merchant banking. A robots marketer with special abilities to identify business opportunities in emerging market. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, leadership and networking skills. Lay Pastor, energetic and a hard worker. He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Refuge Homes saving and Loans Limited.
3 Mr. Kola Akosile
Has over 20 years post graduate experience in Banking, Investment and Capital market. He was best graduating student in Business Administration at Bayero University Kano (1984). Best MBA student in marketing, University of Benin (1987). Best Manager and Best Head of Department Eko International Bank 1994 and 1996 respectively. He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of TransAfrica Financial Services Limited.
 4 Elder Moses Malomo
Associate Member and Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ICAN 1985 and 1999 respectively. He brings to bear over 35 years experience in Auditing and Management Accounting. He is an invigilator, assessor and examiner of the institute of chartered accounts of Nigeria. He was former Chairman Dopemu Community Bank and presently senior Audit Manager, M.O Akande & Co (chartered Accountants)
 5 Mr. John Amenikhenan
Has had over 28 years post qualification experience in Banking, serving as Area Manager NAL Merchant Bank Plc. He has participated and had international exposure outside the shores of the country sparing over 12 years. Between 1980-1985 he was Administrative Secretary of Maritime Academy Oron where he established the various units of the administrative department with 98 staff members. He is a member of several professional bodies including ICAN, CIBN and NIM. He has several publications/papers to his credits.
 6 Mrs. Christine Davidson-Eke
A graduate of Nnamdi Azikwe University Awka, she has had international exposure in courses/seminars as the pioneer first Christian Satellite Television Network from Africa to the rest of the world. She is presently the Director of Mission Christ Embassy and the Director Loveworld Productions for the same organization responsible for the continual expansion of its television ministry in Nigeria.
 7 Pastor Ifeoma Chiemeka
She is responsible for the Central Administration in Christ Embassy and also heads the Haven, a vast network of professionals within the organization committed to committing vast funds to the propagation of the gospel. She has had previous top management position in multinational organizations.
